Jalandhar 20 March (Jaswinder Azad)- The kids of INNOKIDS-the pre- primary wing of Innocent Hearts School learnt the ways to remain fit. They were told the importance of yoga for fitness. They did Surya namaskar, Anulom – Vilom, Dhanur asana, Bhujang asana and many more. The kids promised that they will do these asana daily. The children were told that this would enhance their learning abilities and ability to concentrate. The flexibility of the kids was worth watching. The Director Principal School – Mr. Dheeraj Banati mentioned that such activities are a part of the curriculum for overall development of the students. Yoga helps in fitness and also helps in concentration. Incharge-Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur – G.M.T., Mrs. Neetika Kapoor- C.J.R and Mrs. Alka Arora – Loharan also mentioned that such activities are an integral part of the curriculum.
