Jalandhar 11 May (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar has a legacy of providing an enriched environment to its students, let it be for their better future or their development. The institution has always aimed at women empowerment through its various new and innovative courses. One such course running successfully since last five years is M.Sc. IANS (Information and Network Security), highly prestigious course of the PG Department of Computer Science & Applications, being run under the domain of UGC’s Innovative Programme scheme. The department is having various tie ups with the leaders in network and information security for industrial training of these students. The students were enrolled for training with these industrial partners and have been placed at NI (Network Intelligence) Mumbai. NI is a leading provider of best-of-breed information security services and products. Ms. Bhupinder Kaur and Ms. Rajwinder Kaur from M.Sc. IANS, have been placed as Security Analysts with NI, Mumbai. Principal Madam Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi patted the students for their hard work and also applauded the department for their endeavours in placements. Madam Principal encouraged the students for their placement and blessed them for their future.
