Jalandhar 26 August (Jaswinder Azad)- Checkups were performed by experienced doctors during the free medical camp held at Sardar Satnam Singh Memorial Innocent Hearts Multispeciality Hospital (Khambra) headed by the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust. During the camp, female patients, patients with kidney disorders and those with diabetes related problems were examined free of cost. They were given information related to their diseases and made aware of the ways to prevent them. Insecticides were sprayed all around to prevent the spread of diseases in the village. On this occasion Dr Chander Bowry, Dr Munish Khurana, Dr Sumit Gupta were present alongwith the sarpanch of the village Sardar Gurcharan Singh to conduct the camp. This camp has been successful only due to the well coordinated efforts of all concerned. Free medicines were distributed to the patients at this time.
