Jalandhar 8 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Department of Physiotherapy of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar celebrated ‘World Physiotherapy Day’ with the children of Pingla Ghar and pledged to give free services in coming future. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Sucharita encouraged the students to participate in such noble ventures and she elaborated her views that education should not be confined to books but we should understand the pain of needy people and serve them. Students of Department of Physiotherapy provided services and pledged to extend their helping hand in future also. They also shared enthusiasm of cutting cake and distributed sweets to the innocents. Faculty members from the Department of Physiotherapy accompanied the students and took this initiative to inculcate the feeling of humanity among youngsters. The students were highly excited to interact with the inmates of pingla ghar.
