Jalandhar 7 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Adding another valuable feather in the success cap of St. Soldier Group of Institutions, A Memorandum of Agreement is signed between St. Soldier Group of Institutions and World’s Leading Designing Software Company Autodesk. The Memorandum of Agreement signed by Chairman Anil Chopra and Manjit Singh representative of Autodesk in the presence of Vice Chairperson Sangeeta Chopra and Managing Director Prof. Manhar Arora. Chairman Anil Chopra told that The purpose of this MOU is to begin and to expand a framework of cooperation between St Soldier Group of Institutions and Autodesk to support and develop educational programs, curricula, projects, and activities related to promoting, teaching or instruction in the use of Autodesk framework that include AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Inventor, Fusion 360 and various other engineering designing tools developed by AutoCAD.
According to Prof. Manhar Arora this MoU will help both Students as well as members of engineering faculty by facilitating them to use Autodesk programming framework for latest industry concepts. Prepare and benchmark faculties through continuous training programs. Students through augmented training programs will be prepared for Industry absorption and Placements. This MoU will be a benchmark for the quality education where students will have access to original software by Autodesk and there will be an introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) courses to Civil Engineering students of the engineering and polytechnic Colleges.
