Jalandhar 1 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Innocent Hearts Celebrated ‘Gandhi Jayanti’ in all the branches (G.M.T, Loharan, C.J.R) of Innokids with great zeal and excitement. Mahatma Gandhi’s dream to educate people around him about cleanliness was enlivened with the efforts of the children. Attired as freedom fighters, the tiny tots displayed their patriotism. Detailed information about the life, sacrifices and contributions made by Gandhi ji was imparted to the children during the special assembly. Children depicted the scene of ‘DANDI MARCH’ in a spectacular manner. Through the ‘Cleanliness Rally’ young kids spread the message of keeping our country clean as cleanliness is next to Godliness and keeps the illness at an arm’s distance. All children sang the song ‘Sabarmati Ke Sant Tune Kar Diya Kamal’ and enthralled all the viewers, Director Principal Mr. Dheeraj Banati enlightened the children about the teachings of Gandhi ji. Incharge Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur(G.M.T), Alka Arora(Loharan) and Nititka (CJR) shared that such activities help the young minds to be aware of the sacrifices made by our great freedom fighters.
