Jandiala Guru 19 October (Kawaljit Singh, Pargat Singh)- St. Soldier Elite Convent School Celebrated Diwali with fervour and enthusiasm. The school premises wore festive look with the compound decorated with beautiful Rangolis, handmade diyas and candles. The classes were decked with creative ideas, cut outs of various pictures which depict the culture, story of Diwali. Students gave presentations on Diwali with help of smart classes. House wise Rangoli competition was organised and Daisy house stood first, rose house stood second and lily house stood third. Prizes were given to the students of candle making competition and card making competition. From class decoration competition Group 3 & 4: 3rd C stood first, 3rd A stood second, 4th A stood third, From Group class 5 to 7: 7th A stood first, 6th C stood second, 5th B stood third, From 8th to 10th : 9th D stood first, 10th C stood second, 9th C & 10th D stood third. Same competition was organised in kindergarten also and students has given beautiful decorative diyas and candles. All competitions were judged by Managing Director S. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri, Principal Amarpreet Kaur, Vice-Principal Hardev Singh, Paramhanspal Kaur, Harwinder Singh and coordinators Vriti Dhugga, Shilpa Sharma and Simranjeet Kaur. Our worthy Chief Guest boost energy of all students with their precious presence.
