CT organises cooking & dining workshop for slum kids

Jalandhar 6 July (Jaswinder Azad)- CT Institute of Hotel Management, (CTIHM) organized a special cooking and dining workshop for the kids of slums at its campus. In this workshop, the kids were given some ingredients and were allowed to cook using those ingredients under the supervision of CTIHM chefs. The dishes cooked were served to them in the restaurant where they were taught how to eat using knife and forks. The kids were really happy to learn these new things and wanted to have more such sessions. One of the kids named Pooja said, “This is for the first time that I have visited such a big educational institute. I am very happy that I have learned pasta making because I never ate it before. It was yummy.”
