Jalandhar 30 July (Jaswinder Azad)- PCM S.D. College for women, Jalandhar celebrated world Hepatitis Day, organsied by the Youth club in collaboration with Civil Hospital, Jalandhar. Dr. Satish Kumar highlighted the importance of a healthy lifestyle and made students aware of the Hepatitis, its causes, symptoms and the preventive measures, through a power point presentation. He described the method of washing hands to the students. He advised to keep cleanliness in their surrounding to prevent the breeding of the mosquitoes. One must take ORS during diarrhea. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora said that the lecture was beneficial to everyone because each one of us can contribute to keep the environment.
