Jalandhar 27 June (Jaswinder Azad)- Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar is noted for its various accomplishments in academics, sports, cultural and research activities and the same duly came to forth when Prof. Palwinder Singh from the Department of Mathematics presented his research paper in the 3-day Conference held at University of Tornio, Italy. This presentation has contributed valuable facts into the research field along with earning laurels for the college as well. Prof. Palwinder Singh also participated in the International Summer School held at Freiberg, Germany on 9th and 10th June 2017. It is also worth mentioning that Prof. Palwinder Singh was also a part of the paper presentation proceedings in the Imperial College London held last year. College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra expressed his delight on the research work done by Prof. Palwinder Singh and congratulated him for his efforts for the same. He also reiterated the fact that Lyallpur Khalsa College would continue to provide a conducive atmosphere for the enhancement of research work as these activities have earned the top rankings for the college in the North India region. Dr. Santokh Singh, Head PG Department of Mathematics and Dr. Harjit Singh were also present on this occasion.
