Jalandhar 21 July (Gurkirat Singh)- In the results declared by Guru Nanak Dev University for various classes, the college students have excelled and secured place in university merit positions. Principal Dr. Archna Garg revealed that Robindeep Kaur has notched sixth position in university merit list for B.A. Semester III/IV classes. Besides her, Rajvir Kaur (592/800), Ramnik Kaur (584/800) and Parmeet Kaur (571/800) are also placed in the merit list. In the results of honours classes, Rajwinder Kaur scored 580/800 marks to secure first place in university for honours in Political Science subject. In Hindi honours, Mandeep Kaur has scored 602/800 marks and Simran has scored 591/800 marks to find third and fourth position in university. In honours for History, Philosophy and English, the college result is 100percent. Principal Dr. Archna Garg, further revealed that in M.Com. final results, college student Navneet Kaur has secured 11th position in university merit list by securing 1703/2200 marks. All the meritorious students are being felicitated on August 1, 2017, Dr. Garg said.
