Jalandhar 4 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Making the institution proud, the students of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara bagged gold medals during District Level Taekwondo competition held at Jain Model School on 3 October, 2017. Under Graduate students Ramandeep Kaur, Gurpreet Kaur and Samriti of class 11 participated in the event and bagged gold medals during the tournament. They have now been selected to represent Punjab in National Taekwondo championship. Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Walia and Teacher of Physical Education department Dr. Madhu Kataria congratulated the winners and wished them all the best for the upcoming events.
