Jalandhar 26 March (KAWALJIT SINGH JANDIALA)- Every year, is observed as Martyr Day also known as Shaheed Diwas. Special assembly was conducted by S. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri (M.D) to pay a tribute to Martyr Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar and Shivam Rajguru. He has told about the trio who fought for the freedom of India from the colonial rulers and sacrificed their lives on March 23, 1931 when they were hanged to death by British. He taught students to follow the path of those freedom fighters and clean the mess of nation. Management, teachers and students take oath on this day that we will follow their footsteps and make our nation worth living. At this moment Principal Amarpreet Kaur, Managing Director S. Mangal Singh Kishanpuri, Co-ordinators Vriti Dhugga, Shilpa Sharma, Narinderpal Kaur, Navtej Singh, Harsimran Singh, Santokh Singh, Navleen Kaur, Amandeep Kaur and other staff members were present there and give tribute to S.
