Jalandhar 30 May (Jaswinder Azad)- Martyrdom Day of Shri Guru Arjan Devji was celebrated in Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar today wherein Bhog of the Sehaj Path was held, followed by chabeel and Guru Ka Langer served to one and all. The occasion was participated in by President Sardarni Balbir Kaur, Joint Secretary S. Jaspal Singh Waraich, Member Managing Committee S. Swaran Singh Cheema and Principal of the College Dr. G.S. Samra along with teaching and non teaching staff. Speaking on this occasion Principal Dr. Samra said that Lyallpur Khalsa College stood committed to the Sikh ideal of sewa, and under the able guidance of President Sardarni Balbir Kaur, it would continue to make substantial efforts to serve the society by making the youth of the country spiritually enlightened and morally strong so that they may be prevented from various threatening social evils.
